I am a Social and Behavioral Consultant, Public Health Educator and Mental Health Coach in the areas of Mental Health and Sexuality. My passion is to bring an intersectional lens to life situations. This will create awareness on how different issues impact your own health. What you gain is self awareness, confidence, personal responsibility and social consciousness for your quality of life.
